2 days to go and I'm getting pretty excited! I am PETRIFIED to run as I don't want anything to happen to my body!
I went for a short 30 minute run yesterday while the older girls biked beside me. I had to laugh at how fast 30 minutes went by.
Today I had my last Chiropractor appointment and booked an hour long massage for myself. This afternoon I cross trained on the bike while the kids were in swimming lessons.
Tomorrow I run another 30 minutes and will stretch and do my core workout.
Saturday I leave for Ottawa and all the excitement. I get to watch one of my closest friends cross the 5km finish line for the first time and enjoy a late night pasta dinner. The excitment of watching her cross will be just as great as when I cross Sunday. I know how much this means to her and it will be no different.
Sunday morning 9am will be here before I know it.
I'm ready. I've been ready for this for what feels like years. Now where did I put my shoes??
