I manage a country homestead and the lives of my 4 babies ages 10,8,5 and 3. I LOVE TO RUN and NEED to keep healthy and fit for my SANITY!! Seriously....All problems are solved when I am running.

Making MY health a priority allows me to be the mother and wife that I need to be for them.

Sample Lunches

Sample SIMPLE lunches:

Noodles with basil Parmesan OR homemade cheese sauce

crackers,cheese,fruit and veggies

yogurt,berries,bananas with granola on top

tuna and cottage cheese with crackers

berry shake with homemade muffins

cucumber and cream cheese wraps

Wraps with left over chicken or beef...heated with melted cheese...yummy!

ummmmm....what else...hmmm

toasted whole wheat bagel or English muffin,with chopped up tomato and basil with melted cheese. Oh yummy. I think I will go make that now.


I'm sure there is more, but like I've said before I'm not the best or most creative chef. In fact I really can't stand cooking or making meals a million times a day. That's why I try to stock my pantry and fridge with the basics so I can pick or just throw it together.
