I can usually fit in a run or two during the week. I've blogged about how important 'me' time is and how I NEED to fit it in my schedule.
Unfortunately this week has not allowed me the opportunity to do that AT ALL! I seriously never thought my life could really be THIS busy.
So for right now my 'fitness' is trying...no praying to sleep. On top of everything I need to tackle I have a 7 month old with a head cold that just won't lay down. Sleep is so important for weight loss, stress levels and general health. I will forgo any type of exercise for the chance to nap this week.
That's just life...

So, now that you're all fancy and teach running, I think you should do a post about how to start - i.e. Running for Dummies.
How does someone who is wholly and incredibly out of shape begin to run?
Please. Have mercy. Make it easy on us couch potatoes.
