I manage a country homestead and the lives of my 4 babies ages 10,8,5 and 3. I LOVE TO RUN and NEED to keep healthy and fit for my SANITY!! Seriously....All problems are solved when I am running.

Making MY health a priority allows me to be the mother and wife that I need to be for them.

On Week two of the Marathon training and so far I am sticking to my schedule. I've even managed a 5am run and survived. Yay for me. I've also managed to switch from coffee to green tea mixed with peppermint in the morning.
Huge difference in my energy levels.

My feet hurt alot now though. I think in part to the sandals I've been wearing, but mostly in part to my running shoes. I suppose I'm going to have to invest in a new pair. That's too bad too, because they go with my shorts.

lmao ... I should provide a note for those who've never run w/ you that throughout the 8kms of Beat Beethoven you were commenting on the nice outfits going by us. If anyone's buying, Alyson would appreciate a running skirt ;)
