I manage a country homestead and the lives of my 4 babies ages 10,8,5 and 3. I LOVE TO RUN and NEED to keep healthy and fit for my SANITY!! Seriously....All problems are solved when I am running.

Making MY health a priority allows me to be the mother and wife that I need to be for them.

what to do...

Went for three runs last week and really noticed a difference. I don't want to call my in-laws this week to come over though. Hmmmm what to do.....what to do....

Maybe I'll dig out those old Tai-Bo Videos hidden deep in my closet?

Girl, I'm telling you, Tae-Bo (in combination with running) really got me back in shape after I had my daughter! Sweat and kick it out, and you'll feel great! :o)

I know how you feel about calling your in-laws b/c it's the same for me to call my mom to babysit for different reasons. Since running is so important why don't you ask her if you can book a certain day and time that you both know she'll come for every week 'til Adam's back. Then you're not asking her every week and she can write it in her calendar.
