Drove to my mother's, dropped the kids off and ran home...the long way. When I schedule my runs, look at the week ahead and MAKE it work, I am better off. I am day two in my marathon journey.
Yesterday I ran 2km with my daughter, and today I ran a hilly 10km route in the fluffy snow.
If I can do this so can anyone. It is about the journey. Not the destination. So take the scenic route and take a deep breath.
