I manage a country homestead and the lives of my 4 babies ages 10,8,5 and 3. I LOVE TO RUN and NEED to keep healthy and fit for my SANITY!! Seriously....All problems are solved when I am running.

Making MY health a priority allows me to be the mother and wife that I need to be for them.

Country Workouts

I run for the cardio. It keeps me sane, healthy and feeling alive. I do not care to weight train and my poor sagging 30 something year old body shows it. But then I go and do THIS!!!



Doing THIS for an hour in my garden AFTER cleaning the chicken coop and lugging bags of feed AFTER finishing the inside house chores and holding babies....Who needs a gym?? Seriously. And this was WAY more satisfying than watching a set of weights move up and down.
Oh, and of course I put up the only 2 pictures that do not show my belly in all it's mommy glory. I am o.k with my body enough to walk around my yard like this, but NOT the Internet ;)

hi..nice to see you like this .. seriously this is one of the best way to maintan yourself ..gardening daily is not less then any exercise it helps you to burn your extra fat
