I manage a country homestead and the lives of my 4 babies ages 10,8,5 and 3. I LOVE TO RUN and NEED to keep healthy and fit for my SANITY!! Seriously....All problems are solved when I am running.

Making MY health a priority allows me to be the mother and wife that I need to be for them.

Eggs...Wonderful Eggs

Want to lose weight, not crave sugar as much and have more energy??

Eat Breakfast and make sure it is high in protein.

I eat 2 eggs every morning. I turn the pan on low, crack two eggs, go take a shower, and when I return voila....breakfast.

I'm not one to eat a lot of breakfast. I like to get up in the morning and have my coffee. Usually I'm not hungry enough after that to eat. Besides, once I'm finished my coffee and e-mail it is always time to do other things. So...I force myself to eat two eggs. Good for me, easy to eat, packed with protein vitamins and minerals, low in calories, and not too filling.

Good thing about protein is that it will also keep you satiated longer (not feeling hungry).

I agree with you about eggs. I eat about two a day but tend to have them for lunch. Oatmeal w/ berries is my standard breakfast.
