I had a great workout at the YMCA today.
I have been unable to go for about 2 weeks so todays sweat felt really really good. This time I made sure to eat enough breakfast!!!
Afterwards I had did a long stretching session.
Wow...
There are some parts that are becoming kinda tender. ahem....
My pelvis must be widening or something. At least that is my excuse for why my hips and butt are so wide. ;)
