I went for a run this afternoon.
I passed the tree line leading to our house and there I saw it...
A little four year old girl sitting on the swing set dwarfed by the trees and consumed by the surrounding farm space...
Waiting for her Mom to return.
It was the nicest thing I have ever seen.

This happens from time to time at my house. I get up and walk first thing in the morning when the house is still sleeping and sometimes when I get home one of the kids is waiting for me in the driveway. It's good to be loved.
