My friend Sara reminded me today that now I've picked the Marathon, I also need to set up smaller goals for myself.
I am going to look for smaller races 5km/10km around here and do a few of them. This will help me to get in the running mood and really boost my confidence and motivate me to keep running. A reminder that the hard work is paying off will be nice.
So I guess I should include that step in my list.
AT this point my small goals are just to get out for a run at least three times a week. I have to wait until my husband is home from his course until I can do that.
I pick him up today!!! yay!!
