Well...I'm pretty much the same weight I was last week. I MAY be almost a pound smaller but that is about it. I've watched my diet and worked out. I've pretty much kept the same diet as I normally eat so I think this week I may have to make some changes.
Tracking my Calories for the week has been good as now I have a good idea of what I am ACTUALLY eating. I am a little frustrated at my lack of weight loss however. I can't help but be annoyed that I will HAVE to cut my calories a LITTLE. I've been working out 3 times a week. Fitting in the exercise when I can. I was hoping not to have to 'diet' but it looks like I just may.
Oh well. Small sacrifice for fitting into my jeans I suppose.
