My BACKGROUND

I have a degree in Kinesiology (sports medicine) and Paramedics. I am a former personal trainer and fitness instructor.
I have worked out for what seems to be my entire life either playing sports or in the gym.

Eating right and taking care of my body is not easy for me but I have made it a priority in my life.

I used to use food and drugs to numb the pain and I'm a binge eater at heart. Believe me when I say that I know what it feels like to hate the skin your in.

I am a stay at home mother of 4 and have learned over the years to take control of my life in positive ways and to love and nurture my body.

I want to have a healthy body and mind, to be attractive to my husband and a great example to my kids.

Christianity feeds my mind, and a healthy lifestyle feeds my body.
