I like the naturally sweet approach with raisins and dates. And the detox is painful- not g...I have been there. And the detox is painful- not gonna lie. But I definitely suggest a moderate approach: allow yourself honey, dates, and other NATURALLY sweet things. Refined sugar has all the nutrients stripped out of it, so in order for your body to metabolise it, it must leech nutrients from your own stores to do so. UGLY...sugar is ugly. And it makes you feel mad, and like crap. Take 10 minutes every day while Adam is AWAY with all four kids to chop fresh beautiful veggies. Enjoy something from that organic delivery service. See the beauty in the colour, see the beauty in growing something gorgeous. They won't care and it will get you out of the house away from the sugar and into a better way of looking at things!
