I am training for my first marath...This is so true. I am training for my first marathon coming up at the end of May. I've got a few 1/2's under my belt and did a 30k race a few weeks ago. <br />I too remember starting the learn to run program and barely making it through the 1 minute run. My first 5k race seemed impossible. <br />Now, I laugh when I hear myself say "I'm only doing 16km today" <br />It's amazing how fast your body can adapt.
