I wish I could have been more educated about my body whe I had my two kids. 2 years later I'm finally figuring it out and losing the weight. I wish I had known that exercise would have made me feel better, but since I had never done exercise before in my life I had no idea. Anyways, long story short, I appreciate hearing your tips and personal struggles and victories. All the best as you train. I've just recently started to jog. I have been walking long distance for a long time, but thought jogging would give a new challenge. I've been surprised by my body and what it can do.
