I have to admit that I tried...again to get off coffee. I have to admit that I'm nicer on coffee and I'm drinking it 'for the kids sake'. Bad excuse I know....
I just can't seem to shake my addictions. I know I am actually nicer when the withdrawl symptoms pass but I can't seem to make it! I'm a little frustrated with myself.
I have to admit that knowing I ONLY have 64 days until the Half Marathon is not so good.
Why do I rebel against the 'Have To's'??? ALL THE TIME? I'm only hurting myself.
That is it.....I WILL run TODAY!!!!!!
